There are a number of themes that are the ‘red threads’ which will link all the programme elements to create a sense of coherence. These are:
Developing mindsets, values and beliefs and increased self-awareness as the foundations for transformational, inspirational leadership of self and others.
Understanding personal frames of reference as the basis for increased confidence and improved performance

Applying mindful leadership to focus attention on the stuff that really matters, using this alongside stepping back and stepping up as the basis for action orientated leadership.
Using skillful leadership dialogue to engage heads and hearts through 1:1 dialogue, coaching, team building, influencing and change.
