Workshop 2 will take place on Tuesday 1st December in the Learning Hub. You will either be attending the morning or the afternoon workshop (not both) and will receive confirmation form your Human Resources department as to which workshop you are attending two weeks prior. Please do not swap workshops without consultation with HR as this will affect the numbers and therefore the quality of experience for other participants. If you have not received confirmation the week before please contact them. Dress code is casual.

Workshop 2 takes the form of a mixture of discussions and exercises along with a small amount of theory. With your facilitator you will explore elements of being an Effective Communicator including Lencioni’s Team theory, leadership styles, communication skills, networking and collaborating.
